What is a Postpartum Doula?
A postpartum doula is a trained professional who provides support to new parents and families in the weeks or months following childbirth. Their focus is on helping families adjust to life with a new baby and providing physical, emotional, and informational support during the postpartum period. Postpartum doulas can assist with tasks such as newborn care, breastfeeding support, light household chores, meal preparation, and emotional support for the new parents. They offer guidance, reassurance, and practical help to ease the transition into parenthood and promote the well-being of both the parents and the baby during this crucial time.

Postpartum Add-On
This add-on is a 3 hour visit before baby is born so I can help with:

organizing the nursery

swaddling practice

setting up diaper station

wash and sterilize bottles and pumping station
